Product Description
N76 is a one part neutral curing silicone sealant designed specifically for structural glazing applications for glass and metal in factory or field situations. It has excellent weather ability and high resistance to ultraviolet radiation, heat and humidity, ozone and temperature extremes.
Typical use:
1. For structural glazing and protective glazing applications.
2. Facades & Claddings, EIFS, curtain walls and building construction applications.
3. Surface like glass, aluminum, ceramics, steel, tiles, concrete, precast panel and other common building materials.

Application
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Apply sealant into the base of the jo int so that it can completely fill the joint. Tool the surface of the joint immediately after sealant application to provide a smooth even finish and ensure the sealant wets both sides of the joint. Remove the masking tape after tooling. Do not disturb the joint for 48 hours. Avoid contact with various cleaning agents for solvents (e.g. bleach) whilst sealant is curing.
Limitation
Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50°C or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
Do not use for sub-graded application, confined space or surfaces that require post finishes or paintings.
Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
Do not use in surfaces that direct contact with food.
Shelf Life
12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 25°C, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.Colours

Caution
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.

Scope Of Application:
The products of this series are widely used for bonding of metal and non-metals, connecting, sealing and repairing of hard materials, construction, automobile components, electronic c omponents, also for usage in the material of pearls, jade, arts and crafts, antique etc.
Using Method:
1.The surface should be clean and dry, without oil or wax
2.Take down the cap, pierce the seal, squeeze out evenly (A:B=1:1). cover the surface with glue based on the mixing of the two components evenly,
3.Press it according to the actual condition.. it could achieve the using intensity after the solidifying for one hour during the normal temperature, it is suggested to operate at above 5ºC
Warning:
1.It must be even for the mixing of the two components during the adjusting of the glue. Quantity should not excess to much.
2.Tighten the caps after usage .Do not mix the cap of part A and B.
3.Wash the additional glue on the hands or the surfaces of bonding materials by alcohol before its solidifying.
4.Avoid touching with the eyes and skin directly. If getting touch with the skin, please wash them at once by using of a cloth with dippi ng of alcohol before solidifying, then, clean them by soap and warm water. If getting touch with the eyes, please wash them immediately with plenty of water, and see the doctor for serious situation.
5.Take strict precautions against touching by the kids and entering into the mouth.
Storage And Packing:
1.Stock the products with air-tight seal in the environment of shade and dry. The shelf life is one year. It is available to use based on passing of the test if being beyond the shelf life.
2.Preserve and transport as non dangerous products.
3.Packing specification: 20g/card, in tube.

SS621 Silicone Structural Glazing Sealant is a one-component, high strength neutral curing silicone sealant designed and tested for structurally glazed curtain wall applications. The material is supplied as a paste, which cures into an extremely tough elastomeric silicone rubber ensuring a durable, flexible, watertight bond upon exposure to atmospheric moisture.

METHOD OF APPLICATION: UL 181B MASTIC CLOSURE OF UL-181 FLEXIBLE AIR DUCTS:
Apply to clean, dry, oil-free surfaces by brush, trowel, or power extrusion. Brush out uniformly a 2 wide coat over the joint, at the nominal rate of 2 gal/100 sq ft (0.8 l/m2). Total coverage rate to be 45-55 ft 2/gal. (1.1-1.4 m2/l) Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 70ºF (21ºC) before pressure testing. High humidities (over 70%) and/or cooler temperatures may retard drying. Total wet film thickness to be 32 mils +/- 3 mils.

METHOD OF OTHER SE ALING APPLICATIONS - NOT UL-181:
Apply a continuous film of Duct Sealant over all areas of the indoor or outdoor duct system where air leakage may occur. A brush may be used to work the sealant into joints and remove excess. On spiral ducts apply at coat to the male end of the coupling prior to fitting the straight run of spiral duct over it. Brush excess Duct Sealant over the joint to complete the seal. Screw holes and flanges should also be sealed with a coat of Duct Sealant. It may be applied to the inside or the outside of the duct.

Performance and application
779 adhesive (glue) is a synthetic one-component self-adhesive low toxicity solvent, mainly
as natural resins and synthetic resins and solvents. Dedicated to all kinds of PP, PE, nylon ABS, metal, rubber materials, the adhesion between can also be used for nylon, ceramic, ABS, AS, EVA, PVC, polystyrene, polyvinyl vinyl, metal, rubber, wood, textiles, etc., and mutual self-adhesive sticky. A dry well, the strong bonding, highly flexible, user-friendly features, has good bonding strength without the special treatment by PP, PE, Nylonfor. It is the best adhesive for these materials like PP, PE, Nylonfor since it has good water, heat and cold resistance.

Usage
(1) Remove the residual surface oil and release agent, and keep it clean.
(2) Coating a layer of thin liquid on dry oil-free double-sided adhesive surface, it will dry for 5-15 minutes.
(3) Leave it semi-dry state, using after 24 hours.
(4) Maximum bonding strength can be achieved 2-4 days later.
Storage
:
(1) Stir it before use, close tightly after the use. Keep it in a cool, dry. Ventilated area
(2) Shelf life: one year
Optimal Storage: 8 °C to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or greater than 28 °C can adversely affect product properties
